Unsere neu renovierte 2-Zimmer Wohnung (80qm) ist sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Sie hat durch die hohen Räume und das sehr grosse Wohnzimmer einen loftartigen Charakter.In der Wohnung finden Sie alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht: WIFI Internetanschluss, Kabel-TV, Frottier- und Bettwäsche, Föhn usw. 
Die Einrichtung im Wohnzimmer ist aus den 60-er Jahren, kombiniert mit einer offenen, neuen Küche. Diese ist eingerichtet mit Geschirrspühler, Gas-Herd, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Pfannen und Geschirr. Es hat auch viele Gewürze, Oel und Essig, diese Sachen können Sie gerne benutzen. Im 40qm grossen Wohnzimmer befindet sich auch der grosse Esstisch an dem leicht 8 Personen gemütlich essen können. Das Bad ist mit einer Duo-Badewanne ausgestattet (Abfluss in der Mitte), diese kann natürlich auch zum Duschen benutzt werden. Die Toilette ist in einem separaten Raum gleich neben dem Eingang. Das auf den begrünten Hinterhof gerichtete Schlafzimmer ist mit 2 bequemen Matratzen ausgestattet. Die Grösse beträgt 160×200. Zum Schlafen ist es dort wirklich sehr ruhig!
Die Wohnung ist nur 200 Meter von der U-Bahnstation „Gumpendorferstrasse“ entfernt. Diese ist eine Station mit der U-6 vom Westbahnhof entfernt. Von der U-Bahnstation „Gumpendorferstrasse“ verkehrt auch die Strassenbahnlinie 18. Diese führt Sie direkt an den neuen „Hauptbahnhof“ und ans Schloss „Belvedere“. Die Strassenbahnlinie 6 führt Sie an den berühmten „Zentralfriedhof“. Mit dem Bus 57A kommen Sie direkt an die Ringstrasse und den 1.Bezirk. Das Schloss „Schönbrunn“ können Sie leicht zu Fuss erreichen.

In der näheren Umgebung befindet sich das beliebte Wiener Restaurant „Quell“. Sollten Sie zu Hause essen und kochen gibt es ca. 200 Meter entfernt auf der Sechshauserstrasse einen Supermarkt, der „SPAR“ heisst. Dort finden Sie alles für ein gemütliches Essen oder Frühstück zu Hause. In der U-Bahn Station “Gumpendorfer Strasse” hat es eine kleine Bäckerei, wo es täglich frische Semmeln gibt.

Our newly renovated 2 Roomflat has eighty square meters and is very centrally located. This is a loft – like apartment with high and large rooms and is furnished in a retro sixties style, however combined with a new kitchen and bathroom. The apartment offers you everything you might need, Cable-TV, WIFI Internet access, towels and bedding. The flat is in a quiet street and the sleeping room faces the backyard that is very quiet and green.
 The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, crockery and all kitchen utensils including spices, vinegar and oil. The bathroom features a large bath tub with space for two (drain in the center.) Also, there is a shower and the tub may be used as a shower too. In the lobby there is a washing machine at your disposal. The Toilet is in a separate room next to the entrance of the flat. The living room is pretty spacious (about forty square meters large), it has a big sofa with two arm chairs. The sofa may be pulled out to a bed (110 x 200 cm). The dining area is in the same room and accommodates up to eight people. The bed in the sleeping room has a bed with two mattresses of very good quality. The size is 160 x 200cm, furthermore there are single duvets and pillows.
One of Vienna´s most important railway stations, the “Westbahnhof”, is just one stop away, if you take the metro, U6. From there you may take the bus to Vienna´s airport – Wien Schwechat. The closest Undergroundstation to the flat (200 Meters) is U6 “Gumpendorferstrasse”. From there you have connection to several destinations. Tram Nr. 18 brings you to the new Maintrainstation “Hauptbahnhof” and to the castle “Belvedere”. Tram Nr. 6 takes you to the famous Cemetary “Zentralfriedhof”. Bus Nr. 57A brings you to the center of town. (Ringstrasse, 1.District) The castle “Schönbrunn” is in a pretty short walking distance. 

At the end of our Street, is the “Restaurant Quell”, well – known for good and cheap Viennese cuisine (Schnitzel and so…) Vienna´s most famous shopping street – the “Mariahilferstrasse” – also is close by. The nearest supermarket is just about two hundred meters awayon „Sechshauserstrasse“, it’s. called SPAR, and there is a bakery in the tubestation “Gumpendorfer Strasse”  where you can get fresh rolls “Semmeln” for breakfast.
